Please contact us within 7 days from your delivery date if a issue has occurred, As Mint.s is not liable for loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return your item using registered mail. 

We endeavour to have all stock on the web held in stock. If by chance an item ordered has sold out we will contact you via phone or email on the day of order. We will try and fill the order from our stores or manufacturers. But a slight delay might occur in this case of a couple of days to a week or so.

 Any reaction Mint.s body skin care line you must contact your doctor and us immediately. and stop use - if so we require images etc.

These product are handcrafted so you will be using them at your own risk. - As if you just don't like our product or if you have a issue a refund or exchange isn't available to be received.
