Pick up can be organised in Newcastle region when you click- "Newcastle FREE pick up".
Mint.s uses Australia Post or a courier Service for all deliveries.
All orders received will be posted the next.
Please note Australia Post and courier companies don’t run over the weekends or public holidays.
All orders are posted Monday -Friday
Packages will arrive most times the next day but allow up to three - five days.
When we have dispatched your order you will receive an email notification with the Tracking code so you can track your item. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
We endeavour to have all stock on the web held in stock. If by chance an item ordered has sold out we will contact you via phone or email on the day of order. We will try and fill the order from our stores or manufacturers. But a slight delay might occur in this case of a couple of days to a week or so.
Any reaction Mint.s body skin care line you must contact your doctor and us immediately. and stop use - if so we require images etc.
These product are handcrafted so you will be using them at your own risk. - As if you just don't like our product or if you have a issue a refund or exchange isn't available to be received.
